Don't forget, we're caroling in the Aspen Ridge development on Saturday. We'll be pushing shopping carts and collecting donations for the North Liberty Community Pantry. After the caroling, join us at Club 76 The Lodge in your ugly sweaters for a celebration! Don't live in Aspen Ridge? Come find us and drop your donations in our carts (and join us if you'd like to) or bring them to the party after the caroling!
Back by popular demand (seriously, this event sold out in four days last year!), Beat the Bitter and JCI Johnson County are teaming up with North Liberty bars and restaurants to make your comfy, night-out-on-the-town dream a reality! North Liberty is going to be crawling with 350 snugglers wearing the-as-seen-on-TV hit of the 2000s, and it’s going to be awesome.
The best part? The night is on your schedule. Shuttles, provided by Black Diamond Limousine, will be on a continuous loop between the bars from 7 p.m. until 12 a.m., so crawl to each stop whenever you wish but be sure to hit them all to take advantage of the drink specials, games, and your chance to win prizes.
The party buses will run from 7 p.m. - 12 a.m., but participants are encouraged to go out to dinner to start the night and keep the fun going at their final stop.
Participating stops include Mosley's, El Cactus, Tin Roost, Rocky O'Briens, Reds Alehouse and J&A Tap.
$39 Ticket Includes:
- A Beat the Bitter Snuggie
- Unlimited rides on the party bus loop between 7 p.m. – 12 a.m.
- Drink and food specials
- Activities at each stop
- $5 Uber voucher to help get you home safe
- Photostrips to remember the night
- A punch card for your chance to be one of five winners of a $50 gift card to a participating bar
- $25 membership offer (usually $55) for JCI Johnson County, emailed to you after the event
- Entry into the Best Dressed Snuggie contest
Cheers to looking ridiculous on February 2, all bundled up in sleeved blankets drinking suds with old friends, new friends, and neighbors!

For those of you looking for more info for our Horses, Hats and High Stakes - Derby Event, we have canceled the event due to low attendance. It was a difficult decision but we wanted our guests to have the best experience and we felt low attendance would not give the experience we are looking for. Thank you for your interest and understanding of this decision. Check back for updates on future events.
Yesterday we held a concession stand at the Relay for Life - Johnson County event. $442 was donated to American Cancer Society at the event which brought our Team's total to $592 in cash and over $150 worth of food and drinks to Hope Lodge. Thank you to all who participated and donated!
